Quotations

Quotations are based on the specification supplied at the time of enquiry and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A change to garment, fabric, quantity, colourway count or decoration is a change to the specification and may change the price.

Fabric prices move. Where a quotation depends on imported fabric we will say so, and we will re-confirm the price before production if the quotation has expired.

Minimum order quantities

There is no single minimum. Where we are cutting from fabric and a colour already held in stock, the minimum is low. The same applies to your own design cut from that stock fabric.

Where we source fabric, trims or accessories specially for an order, including any custom colour, the minimum is 2,000 pieces. Sublimation carries no minimum.

Minimums on private label, workwear and hospitality programmes are assessed per style and confirmed in the quotation.

Samples and approval

A sample is produced to your specification for review before bulk production. A sample fee applies and is deducted from your order when the order is placed.

Production begins only against a sample you have approved. Approval covers fabric, colour, fit, construction and decoration placement, so please review it carefully — it is the specification against which the bulk order will be judged.

Lead times

Two to three days on stock fabric in a stock colour. Seven to ten days for a custom design cut from stock fabric. Where fabric or a custom colour is sourced for the order, the lead time is quoted with the job. Sublimation is quoted per job. Custom sampling takes seven to ten days.

Lead times run from sample approval. Delays caused by late artwork or late approval move the delivery date accordingly.

Cancellation and refunds

We operate a strict no-refund policy once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, because fabric has by then been cut to your specification and cannot be returned to stock or sold on.

This is precisely why the sample approval stage exists. If a delivered order does not match the approved sample, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Delivery

We deliver locally across Dar es Salaam and up-country Tanzania, and ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Delivery costs are carried by the client and are quoted at the point of order.

Risk passes on delivery to the client or the client's nominated carrier. For export orders the client is responsible for import duties and clearance in the destination country unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Artwork and intellectual property

You warrant that you own or are licensed to use any logo, artwork or design you supply. You retain ownership of it, and we will not reproduce it for any other client.

We may photograph finished production for our portfolio and social media. Tell us before production if you would prefer we did not, and we will not.
