What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, telephone number, country and the information about your enquiry — garment, quantity, colourways, decoration, timeline and any notes.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, produce and deliver an order, and keep a record of the specification so a repeat order can be matched to it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to fulfil your order — for example passing a delivery address to DHL or FedEx.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. Order records, approved samples and colour references are kept for as long as you remain a client, because matching a reorder depends on them.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@swahiliknits.co.tz.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled in future they will be limited to aggregate, non-identifying measurement of page views and traffic sources, and this page will be updated to say so.
Embedded content — such as the Google Maps frame on our contact page — is provided by third parties who may set their own cookies when you interact with it.
The one cookie we do set records which language you chose, so the site opens in that language next time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@swahiliknits.co.tz and we will respond within 30 days.
