Start a production run
Tell us the job.
We'll tell you the number.
Fill this in and you will hear back from a person within one working day — with a unit price, the minimum that applies to your job and a real lead time. The panel on the right shows which ordering routes your quantity opens as you type.
- Step 1
You send a spec
Garment, fabric, quantity, colourways and every logo with its placement, method and size. A tech pack if you have one.
- Step 2
We quote in a day
A unit price, a minimum order quantity and a lead time. If we are the wrong factory for the job, we will say so.
- Step 3
You approve a sample
Sampling takes 7–10 days on custom work. The fee comes off your order. Nothing goes into bulk unapproved.
- Step 4
We produce and ship
Two to three days on stock fabric, longer where we source fabric for you. Local or worldwide.
Our terms,
in full.
Minimums, sampling and delivery — all stated before you commit to anything.
There is no single number, because it depends on the fabric. If we are cutting from fabric and a colour we already hold, the minimum is low and the job moves in two to three days. If you want your own design on that stock fabric, the minimum is still low and it takes seven to ten days. It is only when we source fabric, trims and accessories specially for you that the minimum becomes 2,000 pieces, because that is a production run of its own. Sublimation has no minimum at all.
No. A couple of hundred is a normal order on stock fabric, and most of our work looks like that. The 2,000 piece figure people worry about applies only to custom fabric or a custom colour, where we are buying in material specially. Tell us the quantity and the look you want and we will tell you which route it fits.
We make a physical sample to your specification so you can review and approve it before production begins. There is a sample fee, and that fee is deducted from your order once you place it. Nothing goes into bulk production before you have signed off a sample.
Two to three days on stock fabric in a stock colour. Seven to ten days for your own design cut from that stock fabric. Where we are sourcing fabric or a custom colour, the lead time is quoted with the job, because it depends on what the material is and where it comes from. Sublimation is also quoted per job.
None. You can order one piece or a thousand. What changes with quantity is the unit price, not whether we will take the job. Sublimation suits full-colour designs, marathon and sports jerseys, and anything where the print covers the whole garment.
We do not refund once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, because fabric has been cut to your specification at that point. This is exactly why the sample approval stage matters. If a delivered order does not match the sample you approved, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will put it right.
We deliver locally across Dar es Salaam and up-country Tanzania, and we ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Delivery costs are carried by the client and are quoted transparently at the point of order.
