The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom-made orders can vary based on the specific style or design requirements. This ensures that we can efficiently manage production and meet our quality standards for each unique order.
- In cases where the items are readily available in stock, the MOQ for normal orders is set at 12 pieces. This allows us to accommodate smaller orders while still ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Our lead time for production is typically 7 days. This includes the time required for manufacturing, quality control checks, and preparation for shipment.
Customers can purchase our products directly from our factory for bulk orders or retail. We also have a shop located in Kariakoo Market in Dar Es Salaam. Additionally, orders can be placed through WhatsApp or email, and we will arrange delivery anywhere in Tanzania or globally.
Our sample policy is designed to provide customers with the opportunity to review and approve a sample of their custom-designed apparel before proceeding with bulk production. We create a sample upon request, and there is a fee associated with this service. However, this fee is deductible when placing an order, making it a cost-effective way to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
- Regarding refunds, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, we are unable to provide refunds due to the customized nature of our products and the resources invested in production.
- Our payment terms require a 50% deposit to initiate production. This deposit helps cover initial production costs and secures your order in our production schedule. The remaining 50% of the payment is due before the dispatch of goods, ensuring that all payment obligations are met before shipment.
We offer worldwide and local delivery options. However, it's important to note that while we assist in planning logistics, the client is responsible for covering the associated costs of delivery services.
