Most Popular Questions from Our Clients

What are the MOQs for round neck and polo shirts?

For round neck shirts, the MOQ is set at 540 units, while for polo shirts, it stands at 450 units. These quantities are necessary to maintain cost-effectiveness and production efficiency for custom-designed apparel.

What is the MOQ for custom-made orders?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom-made orders can vary based on the specific style or design requirements. This ensures that we can efficiently manage production and meet our quality standards for each unique order.

What is the MOQ for normal orders available in stock?
  • In cases where the items are readily available in stock, the MOQ for normal orders is set at 12 pieces. This allows us to accommodate smaller orders while still ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
How long is the lead time for production?
  • Our lead time for production is typically 7 days. This includes the time required for manufacturing, quality control checks, and preparation for shipment.
Where can customers purchase your products?
  • Customers can purchase our products directly from our factory for bulk orders or retail. We also have a shop located in Kariakoo Market in Dar Es Salaam. Additionally, orders can be placed through WhatsApp or email, and we will arrange delivery anywhere in Tanzania or globally.

Can you explain the sample policy?

Our sample policy is designed to provide customers with the opportunity to review and approve a sample of their custom-designed apparel before proceeding with bulk production. We create a sample upon request, and there is a fee associated with this service. However, this fee is deductible when placing an order, making it a cost-effective way to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

What is the company's refund policy?
  • Regarding refunds, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, we are unable to provide refunds due to the customized nature of our products and the resources invested in production.
What are the payment terms for orders?
  • Our payment terms require a 50% deposit to initiate production. This deposit helps cover initial production costs and secures your order in our production schedule. The remaining 50% of the payment is due before the dispatch of goods, ensuring that all payment obligations are met before shipment.
What are your delivery options for orders?

We offer worldwide and local delivery options. However, it's important to note that while we assist in planning logistics, the client is responsible for covering the associated costs of delivery services.
