Our Code of Conduct serves as a shared commitment with our suppliers and factories, embodying the principles we stand for.

Ethical Sourcing Practices

  • We collaborate exclusively with reputable manufacturers holding clear ethical and social policies and recognized certifications aligned with our Code of Conduct.
  • Our fabric suppliers must have effective Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) to ensure environmentally safe water discharge from wet processing and dyeing stages.
  • All fabrics and garments are OEKO-TEX® (Class 1) certified, guaranteeing skin-friendly and chemical-free production.
  • We trace the origin of organic cotton to ensure it complies with our policy against child or forced labor and human rights abuses.

Social Responsibility Commitments

  • Prohibition of child labor, forced labor, physical disciplinary measures, and discrimination.
  • Compliance with fair wages, reasonable working hours, overtime pay, maternity leave, and local labor laws.
  • Respect for freedom of association, collective bargaining rights, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies.
